I met Efi through her cousin, whom I had taken on as a client and who had achieved a very nice result. Efi definitely wanted to lose a lot of weight and had concluded that the only solution was bariatric surgery. Then her cousin told her about my own story: that I had already had bariatric surgery without the results I wanted, and that after years of trying, I discovered this diet and support system, lost my weight, and have maintained it for years.
