Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, photos, prices, and information are accurate and up-to-date.

The images are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations compared to the actual packaging.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consumers must follow the usage instructions and warnings on each package.

 

4. Product Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT, where required.

Any shipping costs or other charges are communicated to the customer before the final submission of the order.

The company reserves the right to modify its prices and offers. Changes do not affect orders for which a purchase contract has already been concluded.

 

5. Order Submission and Confirmation

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, and follows the checkout steps.

Before final submission, the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and the total amount payable are displayed.

After submitting the order, a relevant notification is sent to the provided email address.

The automated order receipt confirmation does not necessarily imply acceptance of the order, provided that availability or payment verification is required beforehand.

In case of inability to fulfill an order, the customer is informed without undue delay, and any amount paid for unavailable products is refunded.

 

6. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • Debit and credit cards via a secure payment provider.

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported.

  • Klarna, if the service is available and the transaction is approved according to the provider's terms.

  • Other electronic payment methods that appear at checkout.

    • The availability of each method depends on the technical capabilities and terms of the respective provider.

    Cash on delivery is not supported.

    For card payments, payment details are submitted through the respective secure transaction processing services.

     

    7. Shipping and delivery of products

    Orders are shipped to addresses within Greece via partner transport services.

    For orders over €60, free shipping is provided via the designated courier service.

    For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the courier shipping cost is €6.

    If delivery via BOX NOW is offered, the corresponding cost is displayed at checkout, before payment.

    The estimated delivery time is communicated where available. In any case, legal delivery deadlines apply, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

    In case of delay or delivery problem, the customer can contact the business for information and assistance.

     

    8. Right of withdrawal

    The consumer who makes a distance purchase generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day they or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the business with a clear statement, by sending an email to akontogianni@icloud.com, before the expiry of the above deadline.

    After the withdrawal statement, the products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day of notification of the withdrawal decision.

    The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products, unless the business has agreed to cover it or it is otherwise provided by law.

    The refund of paid amounts is carried out in accordance with applicable law, generally using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

    The business may withhold the refund until it receives the products or until the consumer provides proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

     

    9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases explicitly excluded by applicable law.

    By way of example, the following may be excluded:

    • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

    • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, provided that the legal conditions for the exception are met.

    The application of any exception is examined based on the nature of the specific product and the provisions of the law.

     

    10. Defective or incorrect products

    The business examines the request and takes the actions provided by the applicable consumer protection and legal warranty legislation.

    The consumer's legal rights are not limited by the store's return policy.
