This policy explains how we handle data during browsing, purchases, account usage, and communication or form completion. We take into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek legislation.

2. What data we collect

Depending on your interaction, we process full name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, receipt details, communication content, products and order quantities, payment status, return requests, and member account details. Payment is processed by the provider you choose at checkout; we do not ask for card numbers or security codes via contact forms or email.

The interest form includes contact details and optional answers regarding age group, Instagram, interest in products or collaboration, nutritional goals, weight goals, previous attempts, cravings, water consumption, daily difficulties, and interest in a 10-day program. We also process your optional message and the recording of consent choices.

For the operation and security of the site, technical data may be recorded, such as IP address, device, browser, access time, and event logs. Additional usage data depends on active features and cookie settings.

3. For what purposes and on what basis

We use order details to accept, execute, and deliver your order and to handle after-sales service, within the framework of our contract. We respond to requests for products or services and organize the communication you requested, for pre-contractual steps or for our legitimate interest in handling general inquiries. We keep records and data required for legal tax or other obligations. We use the necessary security logs to protect the site and prevent abuse, based on our relevant legitimate interest.

Optional information regarding goals and habits is used with your consent to respond to the specific request and for personal guidance. We do not use the form as an automatic subscription to advertising lists. Any promotional communication is based on a separate opt-in, where required.

4. Nutrition information and consent

Certain answers, especially when combined with other information you provide, may reveal health data. In this case, your explicit consent is required for the specific purpose, in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. Simply reading or accepting the policy does not replace this consent. The relevant fields are optional; you can request communication without providing information about your health. Without relevant information, the same personalization of guidance may not be possible, but general communication remains available.

5. To whom data is disclosed

Access is provided only where necessary for the respective purpose: to the Wix platform for hosting, online store, members, and forms; to the respective payment provider displayed and selected at checkout, such as Stripe or Klarna if offered; to the selected courier service or BOX NOW if used; to accounting or technical support to the necessary extent; and to competent authorities when there is a legal obligation. We do not sell your personal data.

Tania's status as an Independent Herbalife Associate does not mean that all form responses are automatically sent to Herbalife. For any specific registration or transaction through a Herbalife service, relevant information regarding the recipient and the purpose is provided. When you enter data directly into an external website, the policy of the respective provider also applies.

6. External forms and social networks

The Contact page form operates through Wix. If you select an existing link that leads to an external Jotform form, collection is done through that service. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, or Telegram take you to independent services with their own policies. Visiting or communicating there is your own choice.

7. Storage and international transfers

Technical providers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Wix reports infrastructure and partners in different countries. Where transfer is required, the prescribed mechanisms are applied, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate additional safeguards. You may request information regarding the relevant safeguards at our email address.

8. How long we retain data

Order and document data are kept for the periods imposed by legal obligations and, where necessary, for the establishment or defense of claims. Communication requests are kept for their handling and any continuation of the cooperation; the duration is determined by the progress of the request and the need for documentation. Optional responses regarding goals and habits are kept only as long as they serve the stated purpose with active consent. After withdrawal or completion of the purpose, they are deleted or anonymized, unless a specific legal exception applies. The record of consent is kept as long as required for its proof. For marketing, where applicable, withdrawal is taken into account and a minimal record of exclusion may remain so that your choice is respected.

We use Wix's infrastructure and appropriate access control and protection measures to limit loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Access to data is restricted according to the need for service. No electronic system guarantees absolute security. Keep your account passwords safe and do not send card details via messages.

10. Rights and requests

Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and object to direct marketing.
